Los Sindicatos de Base del Sector Salud y de la Administración Pública afiliados a la Unión Nacional de trabajadores, al cual el COLEGIO DE ODONTÓLOGOS DE VENEZUELA se encuentra afiliado, este miércoles salimos a la calle a proponer al gobierno revolucionario lo siguiente: 

En virtud de la compleja situación sindical y contractual del sector salud y de la Administración Publica, hacemos público un PETITORIO DE BENEFICIOS MÍNIMOS, para los trabajadores de estos sectores, como medida de excepción, con sentido político solidario, que contribuya a mejorar la situación de estos trabajadores. 

Debemos decir que los trabajadores de la salud coincidimos plenamente con el análisis político que fundamenta una propuesta similar de petitorio para el sector publico, surgido desde sindicatos de base de la Unión Nacional de Trabajadores, que viven una situación sindical y contractual, parecida a la del sector salud. Solo que la de este sector, tiene particularidades y especificidades propias, pero entendemos que es un solo clamor de la masa laboral. 

Los principales ejes de nuestro PETITORIO son: 

1. Revisión y ajuste de las tablas y tabuladores.

2. Aumento salarial lineal, al igual que al gremio Medico (no menos del 40%). 

3. Cumplimiento del dictamen Nº 21- 2008 de fecha 05/11/2008, emitida por la Consultaría Jurídica del Ministerio del Trabajo, en materia del Ticket Alimentario para los trabajadores del sector salud (cancelación de diferencias del 2008 y 2009, cancelación puntual de los ajustes
